I'll be the best accountant you've ever had! 

I won't be sitting next to you at the office asking you a million questions about QuickBooks. You only have to pay a minimum fee once per month for my services, saving you money and freeing up time that either you or your admin person currently spends on the bookkeeping.

For example, let's say your admin person currently spends a day and a half each week on the bookkeeping. At a rate of $15 an hour, you are spending $750 a month for mediocre work, when this employee could be focusing on other areas of your business.

That is a way of the past, my friend!

My team and I have solutions for any type of accounting software that you use, so that you have access to your books immediately, without backup copies going back and forth between each party. 

Don't want to leave QuickBooks Desktop? I understand and that's ok - I'm still able to work on your books remotely, at your convenience. There will be no sending files or logging into your computer. Everything can be done through each of our own servers.

Having a dedicated person that gets to know your business and books is like having a friend that has your back and is constantly looking out for you.

I look for abnormalities and trends each month and will notice if you have overpaid for a service or have mistakenly paid a vendor more than once. I can catch these mistakes for you, saving you money or the time you would take to look for something like this yourself.

Having an accountant also means having inside access to how other companies in your industry are doing things. If you want to be the best, you have to know what works and what doesn't work for your competitors.

Each month or quarter I will email you a list of questions about transactions or events that happened. After that, I will send you a deliverable with your financial statements, a monthly comparison, and anything I notice that sticks out to me. 

At the end of each quarter I will tell you how much to make as an estimated tax payment (Federal and state).

I understand you want to avoid the friction and hassle of switching. But after the initial setup, we'll have our process streamlined, efficient, and hiccup free.

It will be worth it to invest and establish a great relationship now so that in the future you are prepared as your business grows. 

My starting bookkeeping package is $750/month for monthly bookkeeping and $1,200/quarter for quarterly bookkeeping. These prices can be higher depending on the complexity.

My fees are appropriately priced for the quality and consistency of the service provided. 

You will be billed monthly or quarterly on an autopay subscription.

I partner with ADP - they are able to price match the payroll service you are currently using as well as add extra value. I can help with the setup and monitor your payroll process.
